ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Tuition - Children may attend from one thru eight weeks. A sliding discount scale applies to multiple week enrollments. Tuition schedule for both Full Day and Mini-Day programs appears on the application form and under the Camp Info link. Tuition includes instruction, secondary medical insurance, T-Shirt, athletic bag, snack, rainy day field trips and awards.
Family Discount - $50 off Total Tuition if 2 children enroll for 1 week. An additional $25 will be discounted for each additional week that 2 children attend. In addition, each child also receives our Multi Week discounted tuition rate. Mini Day discounts for 2 children begin at $35 and increase by $15 each additional week. These reductions also apply to sibling participation within the:
Transportation - Transportation (Nassau, Suffolk & Queens) will be $135 per week. This service is available to Full-Day participants only and is in conjunction with the New York Baseball Academy and the New York Softball Academy. In all cases, this service will be door to door. Manhattan service will be $150 per week. Mini school bus service will be employed to provide this option.
Lunch - Hot lunch will be served in our private Education Hall cafeteria. menus will include hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, chicken nuggets and spaghetti with meat sauce. Sandwich alternatives are avaialbe on a daily basis. Every lunch will also include fruit juice, salad and dessert. The fee for this service is $35 per week. In lieu of the lunch option, children may bring their own lunch which will be refrigerated.
Health Statement - Each participant must provide us with a completed health form signed by your physician. Immunization records are necessary for all swimmers. This form will be mailed to you upon receipt of your application.
Medical Care - Certified First Aid, CPR, Lifeguards and Water Safety personnel.
Equipment - Swim suit and towel are required on a daily basis. A T-shirt and shorts with sneakers is recommended. An official NYSA T-shirt and athletic bag will be provided to each student. Other personal items such as a baseball glove may be brought from home. All other necessary equipment for each sport area will be provided by the New York Sports Academy.
Swim - Through the Horizon Summer Program we provide daily ability level swim instruction. Lessons are given by certified Lifeguards and our water safety instructor.
Time - Our program begins at 930 a.m. daily. Mini day ends at 2:00 p.m. and the full day at 4:00 p.m.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Scheduled non-refundable deposit submitted with each application.
Balance is due four (4) weeks prior to the start of our program.
All transportation cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the Monday start of each week or the transportation charge will be incurred.
